How long are your contracts?

Our longest plan is a ‘semester pass’ and that is 18 weeks. All other packages are month to month. We make it simple to start — and stop — your service at any time. If one of these plans does not work, contact us and we can design something for you.

Is there a discount for yearly service?

We do not offer a discount for yearly service but we don’t require a yearly commitment either. With exception to our ‘semester pass’, all memberships are month to month.

How do I cancel service?

Canceling is an easy process. Just send an email to the gym and we will complete the process for you. Cancellation is subject to processing time prior to bill date. We request two weeks advance notice prior to requested date of cancellation.

Can I switch plans?

Yes, at any time. When upgrading or downgrading your plan, you will receive either a pro-rated charge or refund, depending on the cost of your new plan.

What is meant by unlimited?

Certain packages do not have class limits. We offer a class every day of the week. Those members with an unlimited plan can come to a class every day of every week. In addition, members with open gym access can come to the gym to complete additional training outside of class hours.
