About Jason
I am from Missouri - born in Cape Girardeau. I attended Columbia College and the University of Missouri and I'm a Resident Project Rep for an engineering firm. Outside of work and CrossFit, I like to spend my time camping, hiking and fishing.
How I Found CrossFit
On a whim I signed up for a month of CrossFit and just committed from there - that was in 2017. My favorite thing about it is the community, but the health benefits (physical and mental) are huge for me. My favorite event is the Murph. My least favorite is the Karen.
Motivation & Passion
Stick with CrossFit for the first three weeks and you'll love it!
