CrossFit is for every body and everybody. Period. Training for kids versus adults varies by degree, not kind, meaning that our kiddos should be doing the same work we are in the gym just at different capacity and potentially different movement variations. The idea is the same whether the athlete is 7 or 70 - constantly varied functional movements executed at high intensity (relative to the individual).

Our goal is to offer kids a head start on a healthy lifestyle through fun and engaging workouts to spark their love for fitness. Whatever we can do to combat the rise in childhood obesity and related issues... and however we can get them from behind their screens.

Designed for ages 11 to 18, this program focuses on building strength, improving coordination, boosting confidence and encouraging lifelong healthy habits. We teach proper movement techniques, promote teamwork, and help young athletes (and non-athletes) stay active while school's out. Whether your child is a competitive athlete or just needs a reason to move, this 10 week program is a great way to channel that summer energy in a positive direction.
