Least Favorite WOD: 17.5 (10 RFT of 9 Thrusters at 95 pounds and 35 double-unders)

Likes: Helping others, continually improving, and competing, I like winning. I like the feeling of giving my best effort and instilling that mindset in others. I have been a professional kart racer for 26 yrs and travel all over the US racing. I also enjoy anything outdoors, playing sports, watching sports, etc.
