My name is Joe and I am a CrossFit Level 2 trainer. I have always enjoyed sports and staying active. I began lifting weights in high school, started CrossFit in 2011 and decided in 2016 that I wanted to dedicate myself to this lifestyle. I began on this path due to working 100 hour weeks at a job for which I had no passion and suffering a myriad of health setbacks as a result. I have learned a lot along the way and know that I will continue to learn so that I can stay on the leading edge of training and nutrition methodologies. On this journey, I discovered my true passion in life which is to help others with their health and fitness and to pass on what I learn along the way.
I pride myself on being able to cater for all demographics of people and ALL fitness levels. My goal is simple, I want to pass on what I learn and help as many people as possible. Join our community and become a part of something amazing from someone that truly cares about your results.

ABOUT OUR BOX
We take pride in building the highest quality CrossFit facility that is staffed with qualified and friendly trainers. Our coaching staff has many years of CrossFit training experience. We have learned from some of the best athletes and coaches in the sport and we are positive we can help you reach your fitness goals.
Our program is based on CrossFit methodology. This means we do constantly varied, functional movements (like squats and push-ups) at a high-intensity. Functional movements are organic in nature, innate to our DNA and essential to our quality of life. We train for longevity, we train for health and most of all, we train for fun.
In our gym, we have pull-up bars, ropes and rings. We have free weights and kettle bells. We have rowing machines and jump ropes. Most importantly, we have a family. We are a community of athletes of all abilities led by CrossFit coaches who teach movements, coach form and inspire group workouts many times a day. We are going to make sure that everyday you leave us feeling a little bit (or a lot) better than how you entered and maybe a tad sore.
